Wassup guys. Skipping? Kenapa skipping 400 kali?  Kali ini min nak share kenapa min pilih skipping sebagai pilihan untuk min workout. Min pernah cuba jogging depan rumah tapi min malu sebab itu bukan situasi biasa kat sini Min selalu download apps workout tapi 3 hari saja yang semangat, seterusnya hangat-hangat tahi ayam ja Min memang banyak alasan pun. 😅 Sebenarnya tak ada alasan yang logik pun semua hanya alasan. Motivation is not the cause of action !

"Motivation is not the cause of action" As if I was slapped by the words. I am always unmotivated to do anything. I made a plan, a schedule was set up but eventually no action upon it. A dream is just a dream.  Do it now and don't give up along with the action. Then, motivation is actually the by-product of your action. Kenapa pentingnya bersenam ?

Wassup guys ... Untuk entry kali ini, min nak kongsikan kenapa pentingnya bersenam atau 'workout'. Jujurnya memang semua dah tahu kan kelebihan bersenam. Tapi kali ini min nak kongsi sebab min seorang yang tak suka 'workout' nak nak lagi jogging. Bila jogging je, min rasa bumi ni 'flat'. Hahaha.. Ada satu hari yang min rasa perut min ni macam 'bloated' , jadinya min selalu rasa tak selesa. Banyak tidur saja. Jadinya 'the moment' min nak cuba workout adalah the moment every little things start to change.  “We first make our habits, and then our habits make us.” – John Dryden So, ini yang terjadi the moment min start workout. Just to inform yang min cuma workout 30 minit setiap hari.  Selera min untuk sentiasa makan berkurang yang membawa maksud min tak 24/7 nak mengunyah saja dan min makan bila perlu sahaja.
