Kenapa pentingnya bersenam ?

Wassup guys ... Untuk entry kali ini, min nak kongsikan kenapa pentingnya bersenam atau 'workout'. Jujurnya memang semua dah tahu kan kelebihan bersenam. Tapi kali ini min nak kongsi sebab min seorang yang tak suka 'workout' nak nak lagi jogging. Bila jogging je, min rasa bumi ni 'flat'. Hahaha.. Ada satu hari yang min rasa perut min ni macam 'bloated' , jadinya min selalu rasa tak selesa. Banyak tidur saja.
